- R%Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms. Save the stems as

- R%white sauce to make a paste.

- R%Add the salt and pepper to the ham, mushroom, and white sauce paste.

- R%Carefully fill each mushroom top with enough of the paste to be a
- R%slightly rounded surface. Sprinkle with chopped chives.

- R%approximately 8 - 10 minutes.
